I recently stayed at The Galadari Hotel and while I appreciated the excellent service and central location, I felt the rooms needed a serious update to match the hotel's impressive exterior. The dining options were extensive and well-prepared, but the hotel’s common areas, particularly the hallways, showed signs of age and wear.

The front desk team was fantastic, especially Sewmini and Suranga, who provided a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to service made my experience much smoother.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Galadari Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right by the seashore and close to local attractions, which made my morning walks lovely. However, the hotel itself feels pretty outdated, and there were definitely some cleanliness issues that need addressing. Overall, while my stay was enjoyable, there’s room for improvement in both the facilities and service quality.
